PensacolaCity.com (“we,” “us”) is an independent local guide operated from Pensacola, Florida. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you use forms on this site — contact, submit a listing, submit an event, or advertise — you may provide a name, email address, phone number, business details, website, and message content. We use that information to respond, review submissions, and operate sponsorships. Form delivery may go through Web3Forms and/or our database provider (Supabase).
Sponsorships
We sell fixed sponsorship placements (Featured Partners on the homepage and featured partner slots on category pages). We do not run Google AdSense or other third-party display ad networks on this site.
Sponsorship payments (Stripe)
If you buy a sponsorship, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on PensacolaCity.com. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We receive payment confirmation and contact details needed to place your ad.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site, subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Site analytics
We record basic first-party pageview data (page path and referrer) to understand which pages are used. This is not sold and is used for operating the site. Google Analytics is only loaded if we explicitly configure a measurement ID on the server; if that changes how we collect data, this policy will be updated.
Cookies and similar storage
We may use browser storage for site features — for example, saving a trip list on your device (localStorage). That trip data stays on your device unless you share a trip link. Cloudflare and optional Google Analytics may set their own cookies when those services are active.

Retention
Form and sponsorship records are kept as long as needed to respond, fulfill ads, and meet legal or accounting needs. Aggregate traffic stats may be kept longer in summarized form.

You can contact us to review or correct personal information you submitted through a form, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
